No Return / No Exchange Policy
We do not accept returns or exchanges once the order has been successfully delivered. Please ensure you review product details, specifications, and images carefully before placing your order.
Damaged or Defective Products
We only entertain complaints if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery. The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. A clear unboxing video must be provided as proof starting from the sealed package to the full product. The product must be unused and in original condition with all packaging intact. Complaints raised after 24 hours or without proper unboxing proof will not be accepted.
Replacement Process
Once your complaint is verified, a replacement will be arranged subject to stock availability. If the product is unavailable, a store credit or refund may be issued at our discretion.
Non-Eligible Cases
We will not be responsible for damage caused after delivery, wear and tear or misuse, minor color or design variations due to photography or screen differences, or claims without valid unboxing video proof.
