I ordered my product on September 15th a bit skeptical at first ( Because this is the first time i am ordering from zone alpha) anyways. I received my product on 18th September ( 1day earlier)
These are my impressions:
1. Customer Service:
Once i placed my order i didn't receive any delivery date and so i called the number from the website and mail. And they assured me once the parcel has been dispatched you will notification and yes i have received my notification.
Even after that the customer service was spot on and they're polite. Making sure to understand the customer issues or queries. That's something many e-commerce doesn't do.
2. Packaging
Since i ordered from Tamil Nadu and it came from Navi Mumbai. I was a bit worried on how the Package will arrive and sure enough the Packaging was really good and spot on. With bubble wrap around the box and covered with address cover. Which honestly i didn't expect. It was done in such a way that the console box won't open in case of turbulence.
3. Console and performance:
This is my 3rd R36S console i am buying and trust me i know 99.9% of consoles available in India is a clone. And i understand this and we can flash our custom os in a brand new SD CARD. So it doesn't matter. And also this piece has 463mb of ram. Which i stress tested now and it plays good. Which is impressive. Some may think this as a scam or something but let me tell you. Many R36S consoles out there has less than 1gb of ram ranging from(435 - 463 mb) amd it's fine and works just fine upto ps1 games and some psp games without lagging. Even the port games works without any issue.
Closing Remarks: I found this website from reddit and to be honest really impressed by the politeness of handling the customers, Packaging and the product itself. So kudos to the team who works behind the screen. And hoping to comeback again to try out new products soon.

Budget friendly product.
There is no original product available in indian market. All are clones only.
So considering all clones are selling at a price range above than this one, so it's a good deal.
This is a clone of R36S with Arkos.
It's working really well without any major issues till now.
Some games are getting stuck but, it's okay.

I've recently bought a dual fan Cooler which cost 1299/-.
I'm happy to buy that, that product is so genuine and affordable, and best for summer season, so I love it
